The traditional four stains and reagents are provided in an easy to use applicator 500ml bottle. Gram Stain Kits are used to stain microorganisms from cultures or specimens by the differential Gram method. Grams Iodine, Crystal Violet, Safranin O and a decolouriser are included and may be purchased in a mini Kit (100 mls) if required.
